Charles R. Marshall, President and C.E.O.

Charles has dedicated his career to design/build contracting and industrial development projects. He started a general contracting firm in Charleston , South Carolina that grew over an eight year period to a sixty-employee company doing projects valued at over $30 million. As Vice President of Construction for a northeast Ohio design/build firm, he was responsible for 1,000,000 square feet of new industrial construction annually along with all the infrastructure development for five major business parks. As President of M.C.C., INC. and Beacon Development Company, Charles manages all construction operations.
