Design and Build
Design-build is team-approach contracting, with single-point responsibility. Essentially, the same entity both designs and constructs the facility. Today design-build is the dominant method of project delivery for non-residential construction in the United States. Project owners have found significant advantages resulting from the design-build method as compared to the traditional process of design-bid-build.
